Hi, I'm Sheldon, the creator of Crash Academy and the Game Master behind "14 Day Rhythm Quest". I’ve been playing drums for over 20 years and teaching for more than 10, but the idea behind this course came from more than just music. Growing up on games like World of Warcraft, Super Smash Bros, and Guitar Hero, I loved the feeling of leveling up, unlocking new skills, taking on challenges, and competing with friends. I wanted to bring that same energy into learning rhythm!

I designed this course to feel less like watching videos online and more like taking a private lesson with me. Every lesson has hand-drawn whiteboard breakdowns, games, challenges, and custom music created by me and my brother to make practicing feel exciting and immersive. My goal was to create the kind of course I wish existed when I was learning - something fun, motivating, and built to help students genuinely connect with rhythm while enjoying the journey.
